Le Colonial, nestled by the Chinese fishing nets in Fort Cochin is probably Asia's oldest colonial house- dating back to 1506, restored as a boutique hotel / home stay in the centre of Fort Cochin.

ABOUT PRIVACY: Privacy at Sanctuary Bay, on the shores of the charming Vembanad Lake, is a two-bedroom house situated about 45 km from Kochi. ABOUT MUNDACKAL HOMESTAY: Nestling in the virgin hills of the western ghats, this home is surrounded by a cluster of rubber, pepper and coconut plantations and tiny villages in an area of 104 acres. Built a decade ago by restoring on a century old home at Mundackal Estate over a hundred acres of multi crop plantation. The architecture is a version of kerala style of homes seen across the state modernized by good usage of wall space by using large bay windows, inward cut verandahs and large glass coverage letting in fresh air and light indoors.

ABOUT TRANQUIL PLANTATION: Tranquil is essentially a microcosm of the Wayanad itself. Before you venture out into the great wide open of Wayanad, explore the 400-acre estate, which affords the adventurous soul with breathtaking views, scenic treks and unspoilt surroundings. Apart from this, guests are welcome to view the inner workings of the functional coffee estate, right from the planting and harvesting until the final drying of the cherries and also the cultivation and curing of the world famous vanilla bean.

ABOUT AYEESHA MANZIL: Ayesha Manzil is a beautiful, old colonial style mansion overlooking the blue Arabian sea. This bungalow was built in 1862 by Murdoch Brown, an Englishman who came to Tellicherry as a trader of the East India company. A 300 acre Cinnamon gardens largest in Asia was set up, 10 kms away from this house , which still exists and is the only one- of - it's kind in the country.

ABOUT MALABAR HOUSE: Housed in a heritage building right in the historical center of Fort Cochin, it faces St. Francis Church, the oldest European church in India. We did our best to preserve the laid back character of The Malabar House, incorporate a selective collection of art from the Malabar coast and yet give you all the amenities of a small luxury hotel.
