Day 01: Neck, Head and face Massage (in the evening)-Half an
hour massage will remove the impurities, retains the natural elasticity
of the skin and hair. |

Day 02: Full Body Massage with herbal Steam Bath (in the early morning
for about 1.15 hrs)-Whole body is massaged with medicated herbal oil and
it will improve blood circulation, vitality, smoothness of skin and enables
a sound sleep. |

Day 03: Nethra (25 mnts)-medicated decoction is poured in the eyes.
It will help to avoid the stress caused by excess strain, refresh the eyes
and improves blood circulation. |

Day 04:
Njavarakizhy ( 1.15 hrs)- Small cotton bags, filled with typical
cooked rice, is dipped in warm milk with medicated decoction and rubbed on
to the body. It is found very effective for rhumatism, wasting of muscles and weakness. |

Day 05:
Nasyam ( 10 minutes)-medicated oil/ghee is dropped in the nostrils,
it will clear. Your cough and better for headache and sinusitis.

Day 06:
Powder massage (1 hrs)-Whole body is massaged with herbal powder. It
melts away subcutaneous fat & obesity related problems, and also improves blood
circulation. |

Day 07: Thakradhara & head massage (30 mints) Medicated Butter milk is poured
on the forehead continuously. It will cool the whole system especially the brain,
and is good for eye, ear, and nose. It is found very effective for improving the memory power. |

Day 08: Fruit Massage (1.30hrs)-Whole body will be gently massaged with herbal
oil followed by steam bath.Then fruit extract will be applied all over the body again. It help blood circulation, add softness & fairness to the skin, keep the system cool. |

Day 09: Sirodhara (45 mnts)-Medicated herbal oil is continuously poured over the
forehead with a gently massage. It improves memory power vigor and vitality and
keep your brain cool and help for a sound sleep. Beneficial in cases of disorder
such as migraine and headache. |

Day 10:
Ksheeradhara & Head massage ( 30 mnts)-Herbal decotion of milk is poured continously over the forehead with a gently massage. It is very effective in insomania, memory loss, lack of vitality etc. It also keeps the brain and the whole systen cool. |
