  Tour Itinerary:  
 
Day 1 - Thu: Istanbul.
Arrival and transfer to hotel. Welcome briefing.
 
 
Day 2 - Fri: Istanbul.
Full day tour of Istanbul including: Topkapi Palace (excluding harem), Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, St. Sophia and the Grand Bazaar. Optional: Dinner with belly dancing entertainment. (B)
 
 
Day 3 - Sat: Gallipoli - Dardanelles - Canakkale.
This morning depart for Gallipoli and visit Anzac Cove and Lone Pine Cemetery before crossing the Dardanelles to Canakkale for your overnight. (B, D).
 
 
Day 4 - Sun: Troy - Pergamum - Kusadasi.
Today visit Troy with its famous wooden horse then tour Pergamum before continuing on to Kusadasi for the night. (B, D).
 
 
Day 5 - Mon: Ephesus & St. Mary's House - Kusadasi.
This morning tour ancient Ephesus accompanied by your guide walk through the Magnesian Gate, the entrance to the ancient city of Ephesus. Your guided walking tour will take you through one of the most magnificent excavations in the world. See the Odeon (concert hall), the Fountain of Trajan, the steam-heated Baths of Scolastika, the Temple of Hadrian and the Latrians, the Library of Celsus and The Great Theatre, the largest one in antiquity with a capacity of 24,000 seats where St. Paul preached. Walk along the Arcadian Way, where Mark Anthony and Cleopatra once rode in procession. Afterwards visit the humble chapel on the site of the little house where the Virgin Mary is believed to have spent her last days. Despite the many controversies, the Christian World still favours this belief and the site has been officially sanctioned by the Vatican for pilgrimage. Afternoon optional: tour of Sirince. (B, D).
 
 
Day 6 - Tue: Kusadasi - Pamukkale.
Drive through fertile valleys of Pamukkale (with white limes cascades), visit Hierapolis and enjoy the thermal pools at our hotel. (B, D).
 
 
Day 7 - Wed: Pamukkale - Perge - Antalya.
This morning, drive to Antalya, arriving at approximately noon, visit the ancient city of Perge and enjoy a relaxing afternoon by the Mediterranean. (B, D).
 
 
Day 8 - Thu: Antalya - Optional tour: Phaselis or Yacht Cruise.
Today is a free day with a choice of optional tours to Phaselis, a coastal ancient city or enjoy a relaxing cruise on a yacht along the turquoise coast of the Mediterranean. (B, D).
 
  Day 9 - Fri: Antalya - Aspendos - Konya.
After breakfast depart for Konya en route visit the famous theatre in Aspendos. In Konya visit Mevlana Mausoleum and Karatay Koran School and then continue on to Cappadocia for overnight. Tonight optional: Whirling Dervishes performance in a 13th century Caravan inn (B, D).
 
  Day 10 - Sat: Konya - Cappadocia.
Morning departure for Cappadocia the land of Fairy Chimneys, on the way visit 13th century Agzikarahan caravanserai. In Cappadocia we pay a visit a regional carpet production center. Enjoy dinner in a local restaurant and overnight in Cappadocia. (B, D)
 
  Day 11 - Sun: Cappadocia.
Early morning optional: Balloon Tour, experience floating above the volcanic valleys, fairy chimneys and caves at sunrise in Cappadocia. After breakfast, visit Goreme, Avanos, Pasabagi, Red Valley, and have a brief regional pottery workshop in a cave. (B, D)
 
  Day 12 - Mon: Cappadocia - Ankara.
This morning depart for Ankara. On arrival this afternoon enjoy a tour of Ataturk's Mausoleum and the Anatolian Civilizations Museum. (B, D)
 
  Day 13 - Tue: Istanbul.
After breakfast drive to Istanbul. Afternoon optional: half day Bosphorus cruise, including last minute shopping in the Spice Market. This evening we will have a farewell dinner. (B, D)
 
  Day 14 - Wed: Istanbul - Cairo (Flight Not Included).
Transfer to the airport to catch your next flight to Cairo. (B)
Arrive at Cairo airport. After you clear customs and collect your luggage, our representative will meet you and assist with the transfer to your hotel. Check in and overnight at hotel in Cairo.
 
  Day 15 - Thu: Istanbul - Cairo.
This morning we drive to the Giza Plateau, home of Egypt's signature attractions: the Great Pyramids, proclaimed by the Greeks to be among the Seven Wonders of the ancient world. We visit the great Pyramids of Giza and their guardian Sphinx, Memphis-first capital of the ancient kingdom to see the statue of Ramses II then to Sakkara to see the Step pyramid.
Optional - After dinner on your own, return to Giza for a spectacular Sound & Light show. Nothing compares to seeing the Pyramids and the Sphinx illuminated at night; the visual effects as well as dramatic commentary make for an unforgettable evening. Overnight at our hotel in Cairo
 
  Day 16 - Fri: Cairo - Aswan.
This morning transfer to Cairo Airport for the flight to Aswan. On arrival in Aswan; Optional - connect with a flight to Abu Simbel for a half day of sight seeing before flying back to Aswan. Then we will be escorted to embark on the Nile cruise ship-our floating hotel for the next five days. After lunch, we sail by 'felucca' a traditional Nile sailing boat, to view Kitcheners Island and the Agha Khan Mausoleum. Optional - Sound & light show in Philae temple. Overnight in Aswan
 
  Day 17 - Sat: Aswan - Kom Ombo - Edfu.
Today we visit the impressive Aswan High Dam and its huge lake, and the Temple of Philae. Then we cruise to Kom Ombo to visit the Temple shared by the Gods Sobek & Haroeris. Dinner and overnight onboard in Edfu.
 
  Day 18 - Sun: Esna - Luxor.
This morning we explore the Temple of Horus, the falcon god. Then we sail to Esna and continue sailing to Luxor. Optional - Sound & light show in Karnak temple. Overnight in Luxor
 
  Day 19 - Mon: Luxor.
Optional - hot air ballooning over the valley at the sunrise. Today we check out after breakfast and then we explore the wondrous Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut's Temple, and the Colossi of Memnon. This afternoon we visit Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple. At the end of the day we are transferred to the train station to catch our overnight train to Cairo.
 
  Day 20 - Tue: Cairo.
This morning visit the Egyptian Museum the world-renowned Museum of Egyptian Antiquities. Accompanied by your certified Egyptologist, you'll stroll through the halls highlighting each historical period of this ancient land. Spend the evening at leisure on your own in Cairo or Optional - Afternoon take half day tours visiting not-to-be-missed the Khan Al-Khalili bazaar, abuzz with activity and offering a priceless perspective on Cairo's oriental character OR discover Cairo's churches & synagogues by taking the old Cairo Coptic half a day tour. Overnight in Cairo
 
  Day 21 - Tue: Cairo Departure.
Transfer from the hotel to Cairo airport for final departure. (Or optional extra day in Cairo with sightseeing)
