DAY 02: SUNDAY - CASABLANCA / RABAT (95 km).
Meet your tour escort/guide. Tour the economic capital of Morocco seeing Mohammed V Square, the central market, the Habbous District and the residential districts of Anfa & Ain Diab. Enjoy a fish lunch (not included in tour package) at one of the seafront restaurants at which time your guide will give a tour briefing. Afterwards continue on to Rabat, the white imperial city and the administrative capital of the kingdom. Your sightseeing includes the Mechouar (ramparts and walls surrounding the Royal Palace), the Oudaya Kasbah, the splendid Mohamed V Mausoleum and the Hassan Tower. DAY 03: MONDAY - RABAT/ FEZ (220 km).
After breakfast this morning departure for Meknes. Meknes's old medina is surrounded by 40 kms of walls of triple thickness and is home to the most beautiful gate in Morocco, the Bab Mansour. Also visit the Royal stables of Moulay Ismael, the Medina and the Jewish quarter. After lunch, continue on to Fez via the holy city of Moulay Idriss, where the founder of Islam in Morocco is buried. DAY 04: TUESDAY - FEZ.
After breakfast, the day will be devoted to exploring Fez, the most ancient of the Imperial cities founded in the 8th century by Moulay Idridd II. Visit the medieval Medina with its Attarine and Bou Anania Medersas (religious Islamic universities), the Nejjarine fountain, the Moulay Idriss Mausoleum, and the Karaouine Mosque. This afternoon visit Fez Jdid before returning to Fez. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel (B, D)

DAY 05: WEDNESDAY - MEKNES / MIDELT / ERFOUD/ MERZOUGA (450 km).
This morning depart for Erfoud via the mountains and cedar woods of the middle Atlas passing by Ifrane, a charming ski resort and Azrou, an important handicraft centre. Stop in Midelt with time for lunch. Continue on to Erfoud via Errachidia and the Ziz Valley dotted with palm trees, which are the source for the yearly date Festival in Erfoud. Then transfer by 4X4 to Merzouga. Dinner and accommodation at Auberge Tombouctou (B, D)

DAY 06: THURSDAY - ERFOUD / RISSANI / TINGHIR / OUARZAZATE (390 km).
Early this morning take an excursion to see the sunrise over the sands-dunes of Merzouga. After breakfast at the Auberge, depart back to Efourd by 4x4 and then meet the coach to continue on to Rissani, the holy city where Moulay Ali Cherif, ancestor of the Alaouite dynasty is buried. Visit the 17th century kasbah and the Ksar Abbar ruins before continuing on to Tinghir via the Tinjdad road. Visit the magnificent Todgha canyons whose rocks reach a height of 250 meters. There will be time to have lunch at a restaurant situated at the foot of the canyon before departing for a visit to the Dades canyons. Continue on to Ouarzazate via the road of the thousand kasbahs and the Dades Valley famous for its roses and the yearly Moussem (Rose Festival). Visit the Kasbah of Taourirt. DAY 07: FRIDAY - OUARZAZATE / AIT BENHADDOU / MARRAKESH (230 km).
Visit the Kasbahs of Taouirt Tiffeltout and Ait Benhaddou, the most spectacular fortress in southern of Morocco, which has served as a set for many films such as Lawrence of Arabia and Gladiators. You will have time to have lunch on the terrace of the restaurant facing the Kasbah. Depart to Marrakech via the Tichka Pass offering an impressive landscape in the heart of the Atlas Mountains. DAY 08: SATURDAY - MARRAKESH.
The entire day will be devoted to visiting Marrakesh, the second oldest Imperial city, known as the pearl of the south. The city was founded by the Almoravides at the end of the 11th century. Sightseeing includes the Menara Gardens, the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace and the Koutoubia. Enjoy lunch back at the hotel. This afternoon visit the souks and handicraft quarters where there are displays of a variety of items and also visit the famous Djemâa El Fna with its non stop entertainment. DAY 10: MONDAY - ESSAOUIRA / SAFI / EL JADIDA / CASABLANCA (270 km).
This morning depart to Safi a former Portuguese fortress and famous for its pottery for a short city tour before continuing on to Oualidia along the picturesque coastal road. You will have time to have lunch at a local restaurant in Oualidia. Afterwards continue on to El Jadida where you will see the famous citadel, a reminder of the 16th century Portuguese occupation.
