Day 02: Beijing.
Your introduction of China begins with an inspiring visit to the Great Wall at Mutianyue (with Cable Car ride. After lunch at The Beijing Golf Club, proceed to the Ming Tombs, the site of mausoleums of 13 Ming emperors, their empresses and their concubines. In the evening, enjoy a Peking Duck dinner at the famous Quanjude restaurant followed by a breathtaking "Legends of Kung Fu" Performance. (B,L,D).

Day 03: Beijing.
Today’s full day private tour features all of "must sees" of Beijing. Visits include the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Summer Palace, and the Temple of Heaven. (B,L).

Day 05: Beijing / Chengdu.
Morning flight to Chengdu. Commence sightseeing upon arrival with visits to Cottage Du Fu, home of one of the greatest poets in Chinese History; and Zhuge Liang Temple, home of the great military strategist and hero of the three kingdoms. Next, proceed to the Panda Breeding & Research Center to enjoy the viewing of the ever-endangered Giant Pandas. This evening, enjoy dinner at Mingduhui Restaurant or similar. (B,L,D).

Day 06: Chengdu.
Enjoy a full day sightseeing of Dujiang Weir, the world's oldest water irrigation system built during the Warring States Period, the weir has a history of 2,300 years. During the past centuries it has played an important role in irrigation and flood-prevention, and is a paradigm within the history of water conservancy construction in China. Next visit, Mt. Qingcheng, one of the cradles of Taoism and a famous summer resort. In the ranges of hills and lush forests nestle a number of Taoist temples. Return to your hotel in the afternoon. (B,L).

Day 07: Chendu / Jiuzhaigou.
Morning flight to Jiuzhaigou. Upon arrival, be met and commence sightseeing of Huanglong, famous for its magical landscape of limes formation, made up of over 3400 multi-colored, different sized ponds interlacing along the forest valley. Enjoy dinner and accommodations at JIUZHAIGOU SHERATON HOTEL. (B,L,D).

Day 08: Jiuzhaigou.
Get ready for an experience of a lifetime by exploring the fairyland of Jiuzhaigou, an alpine valley located in Sichuan whose natural scenery made it a World Heritage Scenic Spot by UNESCO in 1992. Stretching over 72,000 hectare, the jagged Jiuzhaigou valley reaches a height of more than 4,800 meters, thus comprising a series of diverse forest ecosystems. It is most famous for its lakes, due to their transparency and high calcium proportions which have managed to preserve entire felled tree trunks for hundreds of years. Its superb landscapes are particularly interesting for their series of narrow conic karst land forms and spectacular waterfalls. Highlights of the area include Panda Lake, Mirror Lake, Tiger Lake, Five Flower Lake, Rhinoceros Lake, Peacock River, Nourilang Waterfall, Shuzheng Waterfall and Pearl Shoal Waterfall. Enjoy lunch at a local cuisine. (B,L).

Day 09: Jiuzhaigou..

Day 10: Jiuzhaigou / Xi'an. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Xi'an. Upon arrival, commence city sightseeing of Yangling Museum (with glass bottom pit entrance) and the City. After lunch at a local cuisine, transfer to your hotel. In the evening, enjoy dinner at one of Sofitel's fine Mediterranean, Chinese, Japanese, Moroccan cuisines. (B,L,D).

Day 11: Xi'an.
Today’s full day tour includes the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the City Wall and the Tomb of the Emperor Qin Shi Huang Di with its remarkable Terracotta army dating over 2000 years. After lunch at the Terracotta Museum, proceed to the impressive Shaanxi Provincial History Museum, one of the most acclaimed Museum in all of China, before returning to the hotel. This evening, enjoy a special Tang Dynasty dinner and cultural performance. (B,L,D).

Day 12: Xi'an / Shanghai.
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, be met and transferred to your hotel and enjoy your afternoon at leisure. This evening, enjoy a set dinner at the award-winning Shikumen French Bistro or T8 Asian & Mediterranean Cuisine, located in Xintiandi, Shanghai's most bustling night spot. After dinner, enjoy a remarkable Shanghai-by-night tour of The Bund for a viewing of the city's spectacular skyline. (B,L,D).

Day 14: Shanghai / Suzhou / Zhijiajiao.
Today's full day excursion quickly takes you from the ultra-modern metropolis to the tranquil countryside of Suzhou. Suzhou is known for its charming gardens, canals, and traditional homes. The town has 150 lovely public gardens connected by canals, arching bridges, and winding paths. Among the most famous of the gardens are the Humble Administrator's Garden, the Lingering Garden, Lion Forest Garden and the Master of Nets Garden. During your return to Shanghai, we will stop at the ancient watertown of Zhijiajiao that features well-preserved Ming and Qing Dynasty architectures, stone bridges and canals. Transfer to your hotel and enjoy the evening at your leisure. (B,L)
