DAY 1 SATURDAY: MARRAKESH
Arrival at Marrakesh Menara airport, welcome, assistance and transfer to your hotel. Dinner and accommodation in Marrakesh.

DAY 2 Sunday: MARRAKESH
Full day sightseeing of Marrakesh: the Menara gardens, the Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs, and the Koutoubia Mosque. Enjoy lunch at the hotel. This afternoon visit the famous Djemaa El Fna square with its surrounding souks and handicraft centers. Dinner with oriental show, overnight in Marrakesh.

DAY 3 MONDAY: MARRAKESH/ / OUARZAZATE/ ZAGORA (375 km)
Depart by land rover to Ouarzazate via the High Atlas Mountains passing through the Tich'n'Tichka pass at an altitude of 2260 m. Lunch in Ouarzazate and continue on to Zagora via the Anti-Atlas Mountains. From Agdz, travel by track road through numerous villages and palm groves along the Drâa River. Dinner and overnight in Zagora. |

DAY 4 TUESDAY: ZAGORA / ERFOUD / MERZOUGA (250 km)
Excursion to Tamegroute; visit the famous library containing old books and documents dating from the 12th century and the sand dunes at Tinfou. Continue on partly by track road and partly by paved road, through Tansikht and Nkob where you will see splendid sceneries of pre-Saharan desert dotted with Berber villages and the Sargho Mountains. Stop at Tazzarine a small Berber village, for lunch. In the afternoon depart for Erfoud via the villages of Alnif and Rissani, the birthplace of the present Alaouites Dynasty. Dinner and accommodation at Auberge Tombouctou in Merzouga

DAY 5 WEDNESDAY: MERZOUGA /ERFOUD/TINGHIR/ DADES (250 km)
Early this morning go out to see the sunrise over the sand-dunes of Merzouga. Return back to the Auberge for breakfast before continuing on to Tinghir Oasis via Erfoud. Tinghir is famous for its magnificent Todghra canyon where the rocks reach a height of 250 meters. Explore the canyon with the possibility of a short hike. Lunch is at a restaurant situated at the foot of the canyon. Continue to Boulmane via the road of the thousand Kasbahs where we enter the Dades canyon for a visit. Dinner and overnight in Dades.

DAY 6 THURSDAY: DADES / OUARZAZATE (150 km)
Depart to EL Kelâa from where we take again travel by track road to the village of Skoura. On the way pass the beautiful Kasbah of Amerhidel. Enjoy lunch on route. The track road continues until Ouarzazate following the base of the Atlas Mountains. Dinner and accommodation in Ouarzazate. |

DAY 7 FRIDAY: OUARZAZATE / MARRAKESH (200 km)
Enjoy a short visit to Ouarzazate including the Kasbah of Taourirt before visiting Aït Benhaddhou. This Kasbah is the most famous one in Morocco and has served as the set for many great movies. The Kasbah is actually under UNESCO protection. Continue on to Telouet by track road (this is one of the most difficult parts of this tour) crossing two river beds and climbing the Atlas Mountains. The scenery is stunning. Visit the Kasbah of Telouet, a former residence of the Glaoui family, one of the most influential families of this region, lunch en route. Via the Tich'N'tichka pass, return back to Marrakesh. Optional Fantasia Dinner Show. Overnight in Marrakesh

Transfer to the airport of Marrakesh, assistance with departure formalities.
